I reviewed the Sigma E25 a while ago and it opened my mind to giving Sigma brushes a try. I am a Sigma affiliate, so It was sent to me for review. I have heard soooooo many great things about the F80 and I couldn’t wait to try it.
I use the F80 to apply my cream and liquid foundations and I love the finish. I absolutely, positively, undoubtedly, LOVE this brush!I don’t know how I ever survived without it. This is a multipurpose brush that you can use for liquid, cream, powder, blush, foundation and contouring. I can buff it, stipple it, randomly move it around my face and I would still get the same airbrushed finish. I’ve also noticed that I’m using less product with better results.
The brush is well-built; the bristles are tight and the length is just right. The hair is soft and dense with NO shedding whatsoever! This totally blows my MAC 187 and 190 out the window. I was also using the ELF powder brush to apply foundation before and it was a good brush but the F80 is way better.
Sigma has super cute packaging, the brush comes in a bag and wrapped in plastic to protect the shape of the bristles. The best part is Sigma has super fast shipping! I always get Sigma products 2 days after it’s shipped out. This company has really peaked an interest with me lately, I was really sleeping on this brand. I can’t wait to try their Dry N’ Shape and more brushes.
Even though I didn’t pay for this product it honestly is my most coveted brush. My foundation application is more important to me than any other product application. As of right now this is the only brush for foundation that I reach for. I’ll be purchasing their Synthetic Face Kit so I can get a backup of the F80 and try the other two high definition brushes.
