Lipstick ($14.50 U.S. / $17.50 CDN for 0.10 oz)
Candy Yum-Yum- Neon pink (Matte) (Limited Edition)
OMG I LOVE THIS COLOR! This is the brightest and neon pink lipstick I own, the pictures don’t even do it justice. This is a standalone color, so I won’t be wearing it with bright eyeshadow. It’s totally buildable, so if you aren’t into super bright it can be toned down. Surprising for a matte, Candy Yum Yum is creamy, applies well, and isn’t drying at all. This is a staining lipstick, so be aware, my lips were stained after 10 minutes of wear. All in all I LOVE THIS LIPSTICK!
Quite Cute- Bright white lavender (Cremesheen) (Limited Edition)
*I’m wearing Sakura blush in the last picture*
I was so afraid of this color because I didn’t think it would look right on darker skin tones since it’s so light but I was wrong! Quite Cute applies sheer but it can be built up to its true color. I recommend apply lip balm and exfoliating your lips well before you wear this because it does pick up on imperfections.
Plushglass ($18.50 U.S. / $22.00 CDN for 0.14 oz)
I ♥ U- Creamy mid-tone purple (Limited Edition)
*I’m wearing Sakura blush*
I ♥ U is a plushglass lipglass so it has a “plumper” in it, MAC claims plushglasses “moisturizes, soothes and visibly plumps the lips.” My lips are already full so I really don’t need a “plumper” but if I did I damn sure wouldn’t buy this to “plump” my lips. Every plushglass I’ve ever tried works the first 3 times I use it and only lasts 15 minutes, and I ♥ U is no exception. When I first applied I ♥ U it stung so bad I had to wipe it off immediately, but sure enough after my 3rd application the “plumper” disappeared and I was able to wear it. If you have sensitive lips I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. I got some color payoff because my lips are pigmented but it wasn’t as much as I’d like. Now Plushglasses are $4 more and comes with .03 oz less product than the other lipglasses this size, Lustre and tinted lipglass. I can only guess that the price is more because of the “plumping effect.” -_- I’m just going to send it back, I can’t justify spending $18.50 for this, it has little color payoff, it stings my lips, and the plumper is bs.
Mineralize Blush ($23.00 U.S. / $27.50 CDN for 0.17 oz.)
Sakura- Lavender with pearly deep magenta heart (Frost) (Limited Edition)
I say “awwwwww” every time I look at it, I really like this blush! Most people thought Sakura could only be used as a highlighter on some darker skin tones but it shows up just fine on me. Sakura is definitely the most unique blush in this collection. If I apply it dry it looks a bit chalky but if applied wet it stands out more and applies smoother.
