Discover three statement collections to inspire endless must-have looks. Colour Riche Eye Shadow offers expertly coordinated compacts with shades to be worn alone for simple looks or all together for complex looks.
I usually don’t cover palettes on my blog. I like to use single shadows so I can mix and match but there is a need for palettes. The average consumer might want the convenience of an all-in-one product. You can use all or one of the shadows to create simple to complex looks.
The last color is supposed to be used as a liner shade but it’s my favorite.
I really like the instructions L’Oreal made on the back of the palette. It can help teach you how to create more complex looks.
The first 3 shadows are moderately pigmented but they are also a little too frosty for my liking. They are very soft with medium fallout. The bottom formula is much better. It’s matte with some shimmer to it. They also fade and crease after a few hours of wear and I tried them with 2 different bases.
I probably won’t pick up another L’Oreal Colour Riche Eyeshadow Quad. L’Oreal makes better quality shadow that are more my style like the Infallible 24 HR Eye Shadow.
You can find the L’Oreal Colour Riche Eyeshadow Quad in Cookies & Cream and 19 other shades at Rite Aid at other drugstores for around $7.95.
If you have to some special looks using L’Oreal (or any other shadow) think about entering your best eye design for the Eyes That Get Noticed (August 19 – August 30) Rite Aid’s Eye Extravaganza. Three winners for each contest will receive a $250, $150, or $100 Rite Aid gift card and beauty bag!
