China Glaze Seas and Greetings Swatches

by Kia C

I’ve missed you! This year has been crazy for me, crazy good so I won’t complain. I have like 100 or more polishes to swatch so I’ll be an even busier girl. First up is the China Glaze Seas and Greetings Collection.

‘Tis the sea-sun for holiday collections and this year China Glaze is taking a tropical escape from the traditional holiday palette with our Seas and Greetings collection. Winter gets warmed up with 12 new shades including faded ocean blues and weathered seashell pinks with some sparkling glitters and shimmers in there to add a classic holiday touch.

The collection also features two holiday gift sets perfect for gifting the manicure addict in your life (hey, if that’s you – no judgment here!) – Seas the Holiday core neons with a neon China Glaze luggage tag and shell-ebration Time! micro minis of six select shades.

China Glaze Seas and Greetings is available now! Select shades will be available at Sally Beauty stores and *Ulta will not be carrying the holiday collection this year*

Snow Way!

One of my favs. It’s an iridescent white but it’s unique because it’s in between sheer and opaque if that makes sense. It’s a gorgeous color.

Sand In My Mistletoes

Nude creme with a hint of peach.

Eat, Pink, Be Merry

ONE OF MY FAVORITE POLISHES EVER IN LIFE. I was blown away with this. It’s a shimmery rose-pink and it looks even more amazing in person. The formula is perfect. It’s just a flattering color.

Warm Wishes

Watermelon creme with a hint of shimmer.

Tis The Sea-Sun

Dark coral creme.

The More The Berrier

Metallic magenta. I normally hate metallics but this one is do-able for me. It looks more shimmery than metallic.

Seas and Greetings

Iridescent amethyst. It’s very pretty, not totally unique but a very nice shade.

Let’s Shell-Ebrate

The only glitter in the bunch. It’s a purple and gold confetti. It isn’t my cup of tea but that’s just preference.

Twinkle, Twinkle Little Starfish

Holo gold, green and purple. I had to take an extra picture of it because it changes colors in different lights. I wore it alone but you can also put it over another color. I love it. It’s sheer but it can be built up, I used 3 coats.

Partridge In A Palm Tree

Partridge In A Palm Tree was the only one that’s a matte. It was the only one in the bunch difficult formula wise too. It was streaky and didn’t want to level out. The color is gorgeous though, I just wish it was a different finish.

Joy To The Waves

Ocean blue shimmer but it’s a little holo to me. Beautiful.

Good Tide-Ings

Pumpernickel. I love these shades but they are common, I’d only grab it if it’s a color you don’t already have.

Well I’m glad someone jumped off the wagon and did something different this year. The Seas and Greetings collection is pretty much like Christmas on an Island.

I like the collection and I only used 2 coats for all of them with 2 exceptions noted above.

My Favorites!

Snow Way, Eat Pink and Be Merry, Seas and Greetings, Twinkle Twinkle Little Starfish and Joy To The Waves
