Highlighting Crème Duo
[stextbox id=”custom”]A Highlighting Crème duo like no other. Light diffusing pigments reveal a beautiful subtle glow. Featuring our exclusive antioxidant rich Balkan Botanical® Infusion, which is known to help soothe and soften the appearance of the skin. The liquid shimmer hydrates without ever looking greasy or chalky and the crème blush has a sheer, warm glow that blends easily for a flawless finish that compliments any skin tone.
Directions: Liquid highlighter can be used alone or blended with your foundation or body lotion for a complexion pick me up. Use crème blush on cheeks, lips or eyes to create a natural and radiant look.
Anatasia was just one of those brands I walked by in Sephora not really paying attention. I feel so dumb now. These Highlighting Creme Duo are awesome! The top part is a blush and the bottom is full of a creme highlighter. The only issue I had with this was with the packaging, it doesn’t seem to be well made. The blush cap broke and soon as the first piece snapped other pieces started cracking as well. Other than that I’m happy with the product.
The blush on Aspen is a light, natural peachy pink. You can also use the blush on your lips and eyes. This shade would work well on all skintones. It’s one of those blushes that I would use for my “no makeup” makeup looks. I’d prefer if it was brighter because I’d get more use out of it.
I really like the highlighter creme too. It’s a silverish creme with reflects of pink and it can be used as a cheek highlighter or mixed in with your foundation. I prefer using it as a cheek highlighter because it delivers the perfect highlight and simmer. I know it looks full of shimmer on the swatch but when blended out it’s not that apparent. I used it mixed in my foundation before but I really couldn’t see a difference. I didn’t want to look like an extra on Twilight so I didn’t mix a lot of it in.
St. Tropez (swatched in store)
I passed by Sephora today and I went in and swatched St. Tropez. OMG I LOVE THIS DUO! I like Aspen but St. Tropez is wayyyyyy prettier in my opinion. The blush color is deeper and more vibrant and the gold highlighter is perfect for summer. St. Tropez would look extremely gorgeous on anyone but especially WOC. Next time Sephora has a Friends & Family sale I’m picking this up. <3
